Role Overview

To accelerate our growth and become a global leader in our market, we are expanding our Sales Team - as a result, we are actively seeking, an experienced Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to help scale our Sales organization. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and conducting cross-sell processes. You will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.


About You

You are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication, and understand consumer behavior. You will be excited and highly motivated at the prospect of playing a critical role within one of Europe’s fast-growing, eCommerce companies and helping our company to realize our ambition and become Poland’s next SaaS unicorn. Our ideal candidate will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. You will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.


Responsibilities
  • Finding and utilizing cross-sell opportunities among SALESmanago customers
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Cooperating with the crucial company’s customers
  • Create a positive image of our company in relationship with customers
  • Educate about marketing automation and best practices
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Conducting the entire sales process, including negotiating and signing contracts with customers
  • Independently and effectively demonstrate SALESmanago’s advanced functionalities to the Clients via online and offline presentations
  • Monitoring trends in the field of marketing technologies
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in B2C/E-commerce software sales with an emphasis on SaaS
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1) - any additional European language will be an advantage but is not essential
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Knowledge of online marketing, email marketing, CDP tools, and e-Commerce
  • Exceptional personal, verbal, and written communication skills prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
