Sales Development Representative

Job description:
  • Sourcing new clients in Western Europe and Scandinavia in Consumer Product Testing Department and taking care of existing ones
  • Conducting commercial activities in Packaging and Food Contact Materials (FCM) Testing
  • Selecting the most beneficial offers for foreign customers and preparing them in the system
  • Building and maintaining good relations with existing customers and activities aimed at acquiring new ones
  • Taking care of the satisfaction of our customers and company
  • Advising and negotiating the terms of cooperation
  • KPI realization
  • Close cooperation with other departments: Customer Service Office and Laboratory
  • Monitoring and analyzing market data
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and reporting the results to the supervisor
  • Participation in business meetings with customers, fairs, conferences
Requirements:
  • Higher education (preferably: chemical technology, chemistry, biotechnology, commodity science, food technology, or related)
  • Minimum two years of experience in the sales position, preferred in the Testing and Certification Industry
  • Proficient English (knowledge of other languages is a huge advantage)
  • Ability to recognize customer needs and select appropriate offers for them
  • Independence, organization, and goal-orientation
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full-time availability
  • Willingness for business trips
  • Driving license cat. B
  • Preferred knowledge of issues, markets, and areas related to Food Contact Materials
