Sales Executive
Job location: Poznań


As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for strenghtening our presence in Poland, especially with regards to air and ocean freight. You will take care of the existing accounts, yet your biggest focus would be acquiring new customers.


  • Competently support and consult new and existing customers
  • Strategically develop business by expanding customer relationships and acquiring profitable new business
  • Prepare customer-specific requirement profiles
  • Negotiate contracts terms and conditions
  • Monitor market and competition
  • Report / maintain CRM tool
  • Closely cooperate with Pricing, Procurement and Operations departments


  • Experience in sales of air and / or ocean freight with strong willingness to develop within this field
  • Solid PC operational knowledge related to MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM - Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Very good command of both Polish and English with overall good communication skills
  • High customer and service awareness, independent as well as target- and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and initiative
