- You have min. 2 years of experience as an internal call centre trainer in conducting sales training, transferring knowledge and motivating employees
- You speak Czech at a native level and your English allows you to communicate freely both in private and in business
- You know sales techniques and training tools or have experience in telephone customer service
- You have practical experience in applying online training solutions
- Conducting sales, product and quality training dedicated to Call Centre consultants
- Analysing and obtaining information on training needs and translating the results into training programmes and tools
- Execution of coaching in order to increase the indicated sales and quality indicators
- Creation and updating of training materials, knowledge base contents, manuals, tutorials and other materials being carriers of knowledge for sales teams
- Development of training methods by using available solutions to increase their effectiveness and quality
- Cooperation with the Quality department and the Team Leaders
