As a Norwegian Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our players by making outbound calls to drive activity, retention, and reactivation.
- Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to players.
- Support new and existing players, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Actively promote our site, products, campaigns, and entertainment options.
- Collaborate with your team leader to meet and exceed targets.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.
- A vibrant enthusiasm for customer service and engaging directly with players.
- Confidence in starting conversations and promoting our products, sites, and promotions.
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets daily.
- Native Norwegian speaker with fluent English.
- Experience or understanding of the Casino and/or Sports Betting industry is a plus.
