Sales Manager (Head of Sales)
Location: Holandia, Nieuwegein
Job description
- Organize and manage the sales team
- Set goals and monitor the achievement of sales plans
- Conduct meetings
- Provide training and mentorship
- Motivate the team
- Analyze sales performance and optimize the sales funnel in CRM
- Negotiate with key clients and present the company’s services
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with VIP and key clients
- Collaborate with marketing, accounting, and legal departments
- Monitor client service quality and contract compliance
- Prepare reports and analyze performance results
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
- Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian
- English at least B2
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust-based relationships
- High communication skills
