- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the wine sector.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and exceed goals.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Organize wine tastings, events, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
